Who pays for a personal injury claim?

Injury-causes usually pay damages. Medical bills, missed wages, agony, and property damage are examples. In a car accident caused by another driver's negligence or recklessness, their insurance company normally pays for personal injury claims. If sued, the insurance company would pay legal fees. If the other driver lacks insurance, the wounded party may have to sue them.
